Tiffany earned her degree in Hotel Administration from Norfolk State University and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, where she continues to uphold the organization’s values of excellence and service.
Most recently, she was the Director of Talent Acquisition for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. Tiffany managed global shipboard and shoreside recruiting for entry-level talent, ensuring the company attracted and retained top-tier talent worldwide. She has led award-winning recruitment organizations, hiring over 15,000 college students for esteemed organizations such as Disney, ARAMARK, Abbott, Ecolab, and Goodyear Corporation.
Beyond her corporate leadership, Tiffany is a trailblazer in the hospitality and event planning industry. She is the Founder of Tablescapes by Tiffany, an event planning company renowned for delivering elegant, customized experiences. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish SAGE Event Space, a premier venue in North Aurora, IL, offering upscale, intimate spaces for milestone celebrations, corporate events, and community gatherings. Through SAGE, Tiffany blends her expertise in hospitality and business to create memorable, high-impact events that exceed client expectations.
Tiffany’s passion for empowering young professionals is evident through her mentorship and community involvement. She inspires audiences by sharing her core principles: hard work, perseverance, integrity, and applied faith are the keys to success.
A devoted wife and family woman, Tiffany is happily married to Kendall Nesbitt and takes pride in being the bonus mom to Kendall Jr., Orlin, and Kennedi, affectionately known as the Nesbitt 3.
