 Hosted in collaboration with the Women’s Business Development Center (WBDC) and regional workforce and economic development organizations, this event focuses on helping businesses overcome hiring challenges, improve employee retention, and support long-term growth. 

Participants will gain insight into workforce programs such as training grants, recruitment strategies, and upskilling initiatives offered through partners like the Women’s Business Development Center (WBDC) and t Workforce Development. These programs are designed to help employers access funding, develop talent pipelines, and strengthen their teams.

Minerva Calatayud holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico and an M.B.A. from the Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Mexico. She also holds an Executive Master’s in International Business from St. Louis University in St Louis, Missouri.
