Members of the Aurora Regional Economic Alliance can use the organization's website and newsletter for marketing promotion. Some membership levels include ad benefits, but members at all levels are eligible to purchase either kind of ad. Each member is limited to one ad of each kind per quarter. The E-Newsletter/Alliance Announcements Ad in the Classic level of membership appears in the ad section of an Alliance email blast. Starting with the Connect level, the benefit is a website ad with the specifications as indicated.

Members should create the ad content before submission (see Ad Guidelines), but it is subject to approval by the Aurora Alliance. Members can ask the Aurora Alliance create the ad content for them at an additional cost (as shown) by contacting membership@auroraalliance.org.

Ad Guidelines
- File submitted must be an Ad, not just a logo or business card.
- Follow the specifications for Ad Size and File Type, Resolution, and Max Size.
- The Ad file is due to the Alliance 30 days in advance of publication through this form.
- Any required payment must be received in advance of the ad being posted or included in the newsletter.
- The member should create the Ad; if the member requires the Alliance to create the Ad, a design fee as noted in the table will be invoiced.
- Provide a desired click-through link (e.g., website, webpage, social media destination).
